This is from a fanfic of mine. 
I say this would be a storybook kind of drawing since there is a complete story behind this. They are escaping from a ancient Greek city thats being under attack by Kratos's army (and yes I know he's not in the drawing). And yes, that is Altair from Assassin's Creed.
